How are we different? We work across Southeast Asia from all our offices, but in particular Hong Kong and Singapore. We work with the best local firms but combine this with our own people who are long experienced both in the region and internationally.

Advising Hess Corporation on the largest disposal of its upstream oil and gas assets in Indonesia and Thailand.
Advising Overseas Private Investment Corporation as lender in connection with the financing of cell tower infrastructure projects for Apollo Towers in Myanmar, and as a tower site developer and servicer for multiple mobile network operators.
Advising the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Credit Guarantee and Investment Facility and Bank of the Philippines Islands on the refinancing of the Tiwi-MakBan power plants – the first ADB-backed project.
Advising on the $1.3bn offering and IPO of Matahari Department Stores – the largest ever equity offering out of Indonesia.
