Kevin is Principal Associate in our practice group Global Transactions (Corporate / M&A).
He focusses on M&A transactions (private and public), joint ventures, general corporate and capital markets law as well as reorganisations. Kevin has advised clients from a wide range of industries, including the consumer, energy, tech and automotive sector.
He speaks German, English and French.
