Navigating the US listing landscape, SPACs and guarding against shareholder litigation and enforcement risks

In this webinar, we share insights into the evolving listing landscape between the US and Asia. We cover the latest on US moves against $1tn of Chinese equities listed on US stock exchanges and despite this, why the US remains an attractive venue for Asian companies. We explore the rise of the SPAC and the liability issues to consider in the de-SPAC, while also sharing trends and lessons learned from recent homecoming IPOs and Hong Kong secondary listings.

In the second part of the discussion, we outline the key shareholder litigation and enforcement risks Asian companies face in the US and what Asian corporations that access the US capital markets can do to protect themselves from liability in shareholder suits.
