Freshfields advises NES Global Talent on a business combination with the Fircroft group

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP (‘Freshfields’) has advised NES Global Talent, a portfolio company of AEA Investors and a global leader in engineering and technical resource solutions, on a strategic alignment and business combination with the Fircroft group, a global technical and engineering workforce solutions provider.

The combined business will span the oil and gas, power, chemicals, life sciences, ICT, energy, renewables, mining, automotive and construction sectors, and will create a leading global technical workforce solutions organisation.

The Freshfields team was led by partner Tim Wilmot with support from partner Jill Gatehouse in relation to tax matters and Nick Squire in relation to employment matters.

Freshfields previously advised AEA Investors on its original acquisition of NES Global Talent.
