Freshfields advises Charterhouse Capital Partners on its investment in Labelium


Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) has advised Charterhouse Capital Partners LLP (‘Charterhouse’) on its entrance into an agreement to acquire a majority stake, alongside the management, in Labelium, a leading B2B digital marketing performance consulting agency.

Charterhouse is acquiring Labelium from Qualium in a transaction that is expected to complete in Q3 2021. The completion of the transaction is subject to applicable regulatory clearances and other customary closing conditions.

Labelium is headquartered in Paris, France, and has over 500 professionals working on a global basis from 20 offices in 14 countries across Europe, Americas and APAC. Founded in 2001, Labelium helps clients on a global basis with the implementation of their digital marketing performance strategies across various channels, platforms and networks.
