Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer is advising CVC Capital Partners Fund VIII on its ~$470 million investment in Aleph Holding. The transaction values Aleph Holding, global partner to the world’s biggest digital media players, at ~$2bn. Details of the transaction can be found here.
