Freshfields Advises TriNet Group, Inc. on $316m Modified Dutch Auction Tender Offer
Freshfields advised TriNet Group, Inc. on its modified "Dutch auction" tender offer to purchase for cash shares of its common stock. TriNet accepted for purchase 3,653,690 shares at a price of $86.50 per share, for an aggregate cost of approximately $316m. TriNet’s common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the trading symbol “TNET”.
