Freshfields advises Hayfin on its first UAE investment in the Imperial Avenue real estate project
Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) has advised one of the world’s leading asset management firms, Hayfin, on its highly novel investment in the Imperial Avenue real estate project located in Downtown Dubai, UAE, being developed by Shapoorji Pallonji. The innovative transaction involved close collaboration with, and the support of, multiple stakeholders.
