Freshfields Advises London Stock Exchange Group plc on Its Acquisition of MayStreet, Inc.

Freshfields is representing the London Stock Exchange Group plc (“LSEG”), a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data business, in its announced acquisition of MayStreet, Inc. (“MayStreet”), a leading market data solutions provider. MayStreet provides high-quality, global low-latency technology and market data to over 65 industry participants, including banks, asset managers and hedge funds. The acquisition enhances LSEG’s Enterprise Data Solutions business, expanding LSEG’s capabilities across the latency spectrum. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
