Freshfields bolsters Global Transactions practice with counsel hire in Milan
Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) has announced the appointment of Filippo Chiodini as Counsel in the firm’s Global Transactions practice in Milan, Italy.
Filippo Chiodini is joining from BonelliErede, where he was a member of its Restructuring & Insolvency Focus Team and its Private Equity Focus Team. Filippo is an expert advisor of debt restructuring, distressed M&A and private equity.
Filippo’s appointment demonstrates the firm’s growth strategy, aimed to further expand the existing group with specific competencies, functional to provide clients with the expertise they need most.
