Freshfields advises TeamViewer on new ESG-linked credit facility
Global law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) advised TeamViewer AG, a listed software company headquartered in Göppingen, Germany, on the conclusion of a new EUR 600 million credit facility. With the new credit line, TeamViewer will refinance existing debt, among other things.
For the first time, this syndicated financing is linked to certain ESG covenants. With the current financing, the company intends to further drive its positive development.
Freshfields has been advising TeamViewer for a long time. In this case, Freshfields had also advised the company on all legal aspects of this financing.
