Freshfields Advises AmerisourceBergen on Acquisition of PharmaLex

Freshfields is advising AmerisourceBergen Corporation (NYSE: ABC) on its €1.28bn cash acquisition of PharmaLex Holding GmbH, a leading provider of specialized services for the life sciences industry. More details about the transaction can be found here.

The cross-border Freshfields team is led by M&A Partners Damien Zoubek (NY), Dr. Lars Meyer (Frankfurt) and Dr. Philipp Puetz (Dusseldorf) and Associate Sandy Ge (Dusseldorf).
