Freshfields advises Lumileds on German law aspects of its balance sheet restructuring

Global law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) has advised Lumileds Holding B.V. and certain of its subsidiaries (‘Lumileds’) on German law aspects in connection with its balance sheet restructuring.
