Freshfields Represents EVgo on $125M Follow-On Offering
Freshfields represented EVgo Inc. on its SEC-registered follow-on public offering of 29,411,765 shares of Class A common stock for an aggregate price to the public of approximately $125 million. EVgo’s Class A common stock is listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “EVGO.”
