Chemicals
The formula for success.
From volatile commodities markets to the rise of new technologies, from more stringent regulation to widespread industry consolidation, the chemicals sector is undergoing a period of rapid change.
As one of few law firms with a worldwide chemicals group, we are at the forefront of these developments. We have worked with more than half of the world’s top 100 chemicals companies and have advised on many of the matters that define the market.
Our people work together across the world to handle our clients’ most complex issues, from major public and private M&A transactions to financing deals, disputes, REACH compliance, emissions trading, environmental contamination, critical feedstock supply agreements and antitrust counseling.
