Advising on development loans, investment grade facilities and high-yield bond issues, we also have a leading securitisation practice, having advised on many CMBS and RMBS conduits and significant stand-alone transactions.

On real estate loans, whether being retained on balance sheet or originated with securitisation in mind, we have considerable experience advising various banks on their assets, particularly in Europe.

Our practice encompasses restructurings and workouts of these products and structures including Opco/Propco structures, and we ensure our clients achieve as successful an outcome as possible from distressed situations.

We also advise buyers and sellers of both individual non-performing loans (NPLs) and NPL portfolios, including options analyses, standstill arrangements, debtor/creditor negotiations, restructurings, insolvency and realisations.
