About Saloua Ouchan

Saloua is a corporate partner in our global transactions group, acting for (international) corporates, private equity firms and financial sponsors. She specialises in complex (cross border) mergers and acquisitions, growth capital transactions, joint ventures and carve-outs.

Saloua has a particular focus on the technology, infrastructure and (green) energy sectors. She has gained international experience as a registered foreign lawyer in Singapore and has worked on cross-border transactions covering multiple jurisdictions across Asia. Saloua is a Dutch law qualified lawyer and is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales.

Qualifications

Saloua studied Dutch law at the University of Amsterdam and subsequently trained as a judge and prosecutor trainee at the court in Zwolle/Lelystad. Saloua is admitted to the bar in the Netherlands and is a solicitor in England and Wales. 

  • Master of Laws (LL.M), University of Amsterdam. Graduated cum laude - September 2001 to June 2005.
  • Internal program with the Netherlands Judiciary (Raio opleiding) - October 2005 to January 2009.
