About Jonathan Brosseau
Jonathan is an associate in our international arbitration group in Paris. He also practices public international law.
He represents states, corporations and individuals before international courts and tribunals. He has experience in commercial and investment arbitrations under a variety of institutional rules and applicable laws.
Prior to joining Freshfields, Jonathan clerked for H.E. Judge Peter Tomka at the International Court of Justice. He has authored and coauthored a number of scholarly articles and chapters in peer-reviewed journals and collections of essays.
He speaks English and French.
