About David Chambers

David is an associate in our M&A practice in New York focusing on public and private M&A, divestitures, joint ventures and minority investments, including corporate venture capital programs.  Prior to joining Freshfields, David was an M&A associate in the Chicago office of an international law firm. During law school, he served as a summer law clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the E.D.N.C. and for the Hon. Robert J. Conrad, Chief Judge (fmr.), U.S. District Court, W.D.N.C. As an undergraduate, David was a walk-on and letterman on the varsity men's basketball team at the University of South Carolina.
