About Emanuele Cossa
Emanuele Cossa is an associate of the Global Transactions group, with a specific focus on the real estate sector.
He has assisted various funds, developers, corporations, asset management companies and financial institutions, both domestic and international, in relation to the acquisition, divestment, lease and development of properties and real estate portfolios, and commercial real estate matters in general.
He has also gained significant expertise in setting up of real estate funds as investment vehicles, also in the context of joint ventures, as well as in day-by-day general corporate assistance.
Before joining the firm in 2022, he has worked in the Milan offices of leading international law firms and as secondee in the legal department of a multinational retail corporation.
A native Italian speaker, he speaks fluent English and has working knowledge of French and German.
