About Andrew Ehler

Andrew is an associate based in the firm's New York office. Andrew's practice focuses on securities and shareholder litigation and regulatory and internal investigations. He maintains an active pro bono practice across federal trial and appellate courts.

While in law school, Andrew served as an Executive Editor for the Review of Banking & Financial Law and as a Research Assistant for Professor David H. Webber, where he focused on securities regulation and litigation, shareholder activism, and ERISA and state pension codes.
