About Emma Franck-Gwinnell
Emma advises on a range of contentious matters, with a particular focus on product liability, consumer protection and ESG issues. Her experience in this area includes acting for clients across the automotive, energy, mining and resources, retail and consumer goods sectors.
She is Co-chair of the Freshfields London Women's Network and plays an active role in pursuing the firm's diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
She speaks English, Norwegian and Danish.
Recent work
Acting for a multinational automotive manufacturer in relation to the defence of a UK class action concerning diesel emissions.
