About Caroline Gregson

Caroline is a senior knowledge lawyer in our Energy, Transport and Infrastructure team, supporting on project development and financing transactions with a focus on the energy transition.

She has experience on a wide scope of projects and energy-related transactions including LNG and power projects, wind farm financing, energy company acquisitions, greenfield natural resources projects and reserve-based lending. Before becoming a lawyer, Caroline worked as a nuclear physicist and power trader.
