About Teresa Guglielmo

Teresa Guglielmo is an associate in our tax practice group.

She mainly deals with corporate reorganisations  in connection with tax ruling request, tax audits (usually in parallel with criminal investigation), settlement procedures with the tax authorities and tax litigations in front of the Italian tax courts.

Teresa also mainly advices on domestic and international tax law aspects, with particular emphasis on tax treatment of (i) M&A transactions, corporate reorganisations, private equity transactions; (ii) financial instruments, in particular withholding or capital gain tax obligations for financial intermediaries; (iii)  real estate transactions.  Of Italian mother tongue, she speaks also English fluently.
