Jonathan is one of our most experienced commercial litigators and has handled cases in a wide range of different sectors.

He focuses on complex and challenging multijurisdictional matters, and is skilled in handling the logistical difficulties that arise in such cases. These often require the expertise of local lawyers and experts, and he is adept at pulling together successful teams incorporating different legal systems, language and cultures.

Jonathan has a successful track record in handling high-profile group claims in the environmental, health and safety, human rights, product liability, consumer and retail sectors.

Advising on several different OECD National Contact Point dispute resolution procedures involving clients in the energy, natural resources and consumer sectors.
