De Hong is a corporate associate in our global transactions group in London and a member of the firm’s financial institutions team.
De Hong advises on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and other corporate advisory work for a variety of financial institutions.
Prior to joining Freshfields, De Hong was an associate at a leading Singapore law firm in the corporate mergers & acquisitions department. De Hong was involved in transactions in various Asian markets including in mainland China, Hong Kong and Japan.

National University of Singapore – Bachelors Degree
