Morgan is an associate in our antitrust, competition, and trade practice based in Washington, DC. Morgan assists clients facing global mergers, merger challenges, and investigations by leading antitrust agencies.
Prior to joining Freshfields, Morgan worked as a legal intern in both the New York State and District of Columbia Office of the Attorney General. She was also the Editor-in-Chief of the Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems.
Morgan also speaks French and Mandarin.
