His experience representing domestic and international clients covers a wide range of industry sectors, with a special focus on industrial, energy, automotive and financial institutions sectors. He specialises in corporate and commercial disputes, antitrust and unfair competition litigation and insolvency.

Recent work
Representing Volvo Trucks (Volvo and Renault Trucks) in the so called ‘trucks cartel’ litigation facing over 2,000 claims founded on an alleged extra charge in the purchase price of trucks. The different claims filed and to be filed against the manufacturers seek for damages following the EU Commission Cartel proceedings No. AT.39824 – Trucks.
Qualifications
Double degree in Law and Business Administration from the Valencia CEU Cardenal Herrera University.
