About Alex Mieszkalski
Alex is a senior associate in our Silicon Valley office focusing on M&A and corporate transactions. Prior to joining Freshfields, Alex worked at a multinational law firm in the M&A group representing private equity sponsors and portfolio companies on a variety of matters, including mergers, share purchase transactions, asset purchase transitions, LBOs and reorganizations.
Originally from Canada, Alex interned at the Supreme Court of Canada and at Canada’s largest securities regulator before relocating to California.
