About Dr. Maximilian Mosch

Maximilian is a Principle Associate in the corporate department and member of our Global Transactions Group.

He advises national and international clients on all aspects of general corporate and commercial law (including corporate governance matters), corporate reorganizations as well as on M&A transactions.

Prior to joining Freshfields, Maximilian was an associate in the private equity department of another international law firm.

Maximilian speaks German and English.

  • Advising Uniper SE on the preparation and execution of a capital reduction (EUR 13.7 billion) under the "Energiesicherungsgesetz" and the conclusion of a supplementary agreement with the Federal Republic of Germany
