About Chiara Novelli

Chiara is a corporate associate in the Global Transactions Group, focusing on M&A industrial transactions, private equity projects and group reorganisations. She provides assistance and advice on a wide variety of internal and cross-border transactions for both domestic and international clients. In the recent years, she also gained experience of general corporate and commercial law. 

A native Italian speaker, she speaks English fluently and has a basic knowledge of Spanish and Chinese.
