Gemma is an international associate in our New York office focusing on finance matters. Prior to joining Freshfields, Gemma worked at global law firms in both Australia and the United Kingdom where she was involved in running highly complex, multi-jurisdictional finance transactions for large institutional lenders and borrowers.
