Steph advises equity sponsors and other global financial investors on a range of transactions including private and public M&A, reorganisations and other corporate matters.

Advising CVC on its investments in Premiership Rugby, Six Nations Rugby, United Rugby Championship, QA, Spectrum Medical, Medivet, Rayner and Stock Spirits.
