About Franz Nikolaus Tengg
Franz is an associate in our global transaction group, based in Vienna. He specialises in debt financing transactions, structured finance and corporate restructurings.
Franz advises on all types of financings, corporate restructurings as well as structured finance and debt capital market transactions. He also has experience with derivatives, both in respect of the contractual documentation as well as the regulatory framework.
Franz speaks German and English.
Recent work
Advising an international investment bank in a leveraged finance deal including both a revolving credit facility and senior secured notes secured by the borrower’s/issuer’s group companies.
Advising the Austrian leasing industry on the refinancing of public sector lease structures.
