About Christopher To

Christopher To is an associate in our Global Transactions group, focussing on debt capital markets transactions. 

He has experience in a variety of corporate matters including equity and debt offerings as well as post-listing regulatory compliance and corporate governance. In particular, he has advised issuers, underwriters and arrangers on cross-border investment grade and high-yield debt offerings and establishment of medium-term note programmes. 

Prior to joining the firm, Christopher has worked in both Hong Kong and London, and was an associate in the Corporate & Securities group at a leading US law firm. 

Christopher speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
