About Jérémy Lucas Tong
Jeremy Lucas Tong is an Avocat à la Cour and an associate in our Global Transactions practice based in Paris.
Jeremy Lucas represents a range of banks and other financial institutions in domestic and cross-border transactions as well as private equity funds. He has a particular focus on acquisition finance (including syndicated finance, leveraged finance and mezzanine financings), funds financing and debt restructuring.
Prior to joining Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Jeremy Lucas was an associate in the Banking & Finance Department at White & Case and Paul Hastings.
Jeremy Lucas also worked, in London and Paris, at leading international law firms in Banking and Structured Finance and served as in-house lawyer at Rothschild & Co. providing legal coverage for the M&A and Financing activities.
