Zoe specialises in M&A and private equity transactions for private equity sponsors and other financial investors in transactions across Europe and across a range of sectors.
Zoe is based in our London office and during her time at Freshfields has spent time on secondment to the Freshfields' New York office and recently 8 months seconded to Hellman & Friedman's in-house legal team.

- CVC Growth Funds on a significant minority investment in TOPdesk;
- Permira and Blackstone and a consortium of investors on the take private offer for the shares in Adevinta ASA;
- RVU (jointly owned by US-based Red Ventures, Silver Lake, GIC and PSP Investments) on its acquisition of Tempcover, a provider of temporary insurance solutions.
- AEA Investors on the acquisition of Polygon Group
- GIC on its venture capital investments in Checkout.com
- CVC on its strategic partnership in secondaries with Glendower Capital
- Cinven on its investment in Ufinet
- Allfunds Group and its majority owner, Hellman & Friedman, on the €7.2bn initial public offering of Allfunds Group
- Nets and its majority owner, Hellman & Friedman, on the €7.8bn all-share merger of Nets into Nexi
- Nets and its majority owner, Hellman & Friedman, on the €2.85bn sale of its Corporate Services business to Mastercard
- CVC Capital Partners on its agreement to dispose of its majority stake in Sky Betting and Gaming to The Stars Group Inc. in a cash-and-shares transaction valued at approximately US$4.7 billion
