Tax Adjudicators Seminar (Adjudicative Forums for Deciding International Tax Disputes) – 75th Congress of the International Fiscal Association

Noiana Marigo, Freshfields’ Global Co-Head of International Arbitration & Co-Head of Latin America Practice, will be speaking at a seminar on forums (courts and international treaty arbitration) used to adjudicate international tax disputes on October 24, 2023, at 1:30 p.m EST in Cancun (Mexico).

The seminar will also examine the methods and legal approach of tax adjudicators and discuss some difficult issues they may face, especially regarding tax policies pursued by States.
