The panel, moderated by ABA Section of Dispute Resolution Arbitration Committee Co-Chair Usher Winslett (Partner, Winslett, Studnicky, McCormick, & Bomser LLP), will discuss arbitrator selection from the perspectives of arbitration institutions, as well as advocates who regularly select arbitrators. Other speakers will include Michelle Skipper (Vice President for the Commercial Division, American Arbitration Association) and Rebecca Kolb (Counsel, Councill, Gunnemann, & Chally).
