3. Vienna FinTech Open House
Freshfields Vienna is delighted to host the third edition of the Vienna FinTech Open House series, which will take place virtually on 15 April 2021 at 9am CET.Joining us as guest speaker is Christian Pirkner, CEO of Bluecode. Bluecode is a European mobile payment solution and may be considered the first European payment scheme. It enables cashless payments via smartphone and smartwatch and offers digital value added services in apps in cooperation with banks and retailers.
Chris will share his visions on payments and fintech, followed by a discussion of market and regulatory developments in these industries. Which payment trends are taking the lead as the COVID crisis persists, and how does regulation affect these trends?
