Freshfields Represents Underwriters in Republic Services Notes Offering
A team from Freshfields has acted as underwriters’ counsel for the offering by Republic Services, Inc. of $650 million aggregate principal amount of 1.450% Senior Notes due 2031. Republic is the second largest provider (by revenue) of non-hazardous solid waste collection, transfer, disposal, recycling, and environmental services in the United States. The underwriters were led by BofA Securities, Inc., Barclays Capital Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Truist Securities, Inc.
