Freshfields advises on $825 million offering of 0% Convertible Senior Notes due 2026 for Fastly

A team from Freshfields has acted as initial purchasers’ counsel for the offering by Fastly, Inc. of $825 million aggregate principal amount of 0% Convertible Senior Notes due 2026. The initial purchasers were led by Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, Credit Suisse and RBC Capital Markets.
