Freshfields advises on $805 million IPO of Samsara Inc.

Freshfields advised Morgan Stanley as representative of the underwriters on the initial public offering of 35,000,000 shares of Class A common stock of Samsara Inc., for aggregate gross proceeds of $805 million. The Class A common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the trading symbol “IOT.”
