Freshfields advises TRM Labs on $60 million Series B financing

TRM Labs, a San Francisco-based blockchain intelligence platform, announced a $60 million Series B financing led by Tiger Global, with participation from a number of new and existing investors, including leading financial institutions, venture firms and angel investors.

Freshfields represented TRM Labs in the transaction. The Freshfields corporate team included partner Sarah Solum, senior associate Scott Blumenkranz, associate Kimberly Wang and senior paralegal Sangeetha Rao.
