Freshfields Advises General Atlantic on Series B Investment in Reliance Health

Freshfields has advised General Atlantic, a leading global growth equity investor, on its investment in the Series B funding round of Reliance Health, Inc., an emerging-markets-focused digital healthcare provider primarily based in Nigeria and in the process of expanding further into Africa. This transaction was part of a $40m funding round that General Atlantic led, the largest of its kind in African health tech, and marks General Atlantic’s first technology investment in Africa.
