Freshfields advises Peach Property on €100 million syndicated loan facility

Global law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) has advised Peach Property Group AG on its first syndicated financing in the form of a €100 million credit facility.

The loan consists of a revolving credit facility (RCF), which is designed to increase Peach Property's financial flexibility and help improve group-wide liquidity management. The term of the agreement is three years with an option to extend for a further year.

The banking consortium comprises J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank and BNP Paribas.

The Freshfields team comprised Partner Mario Hüther (Lead) as well as Associates Dennis Chinnow and Lucas Lengersdorf (all Finance, Frankfurt).
