Freshfields Guides Ericsson to the Closing of Its Largest-Ever Acquisition, the $6.2bn Merger With Vonage

Freshfields guided Ericsson to the closing of its largest-ever acquisition, the $6.2 billion all-cash merger with Nasdaq-listed Vonage.
