Freshfields appoints Allison Liff and Alex Mitchell as global co-heads of leveraged finance

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) has announced the appointment of partners Allison Liff and Alex Mitchell as co-heads of the global leveraged finance group, effective immediately.

The appointment sees New York-based partner Allison Liff and London-based partner Alex Mitchell jointly take the helm of the global group. This move reflects the continuing expansion of the firm’s private capital practice and the international footprint of the leveraged finance group.
