About Dr. Julia Förster

Julia specialises in individual and collective employment law, with a focus on employment-related compliance and data-protection issues.

She regularly represents clients in employment litigation covering both individual employment matters and collective works council disputes.

Julia also advises both international and national clients on all aspects of the employment relationship, including contracts, terminations, remuneration and redundancies, and on the employment law aspects of investigations.

Her experience in the field of employee data protection covers, among others, monitoring activities, implementation of complex HR management systems and data privacy policies.

She regularly speaks at client seminars on data protection and compliance topics.

Julia speaks English and German.

  • Advising on the termination of a managing director of a German stock corporation.
  • Advising on a restructuring and relocation affecting employees in three locations.
  • Co-ordinating a restructuring across seven European jurisdictions.
