Freshfields advises Montagu Private Equity on its acquisition of ITRS Group
Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) has advised funds managed and advised by Montagu Private Equity on the acquisition of a majority position in ITRS Group, a leading global provider of real-time monitoring and analytics software from TA Associates, who will remain a minority holder alongside Montagu and Management.
Headquartered in London, with over 3000 clients across the globe including nine out of the 10 Tier 1 investment banks, ITRS Group supports the “always on” enterprise, ensuring operational resilience for businesses operating in environments where technology failure means business failure.
Completion is subject to customary regulatory clearances.
